Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of professional development experience. They should have experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, along with proficiency in object-oriented concepts and building front ends with React and Typescript. Experience delivering on complex features through the product lifecycle is also required, as is experience managing frontend state.

Responsibilities

As a Full-stack Software Engineer, Community Ops, you will work cross-functionally with Product and Design partners to understand and define feature requirements, own the implementation, delivery, and support of features across the stack, write high-quality, maintainable code, break down product requirements into incrementally deliverable tasks, and maintain a performant API between frontend and backend services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of Sage’s applications and contributing to the overall mission of improving care for older adults.
