Requirements

Candidates must have 2+ years of Java development experience, including microservice development, and 2+ years of front-end development using frameworks like Angular. Significant expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Java backend solutions, along with substantial experience in AWS cloud technologies and PostgreSQL, is required. Familiarity with working with existing data models and schemas, the ability to suggest improvements, and a capacity to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are also necessary. The role requires the ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay current with industry trends, along with the capacity to work relatively independently. Experience working directly with business partners and knowledge of client reporting or financial data systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Full Stack Engineer will participate in significant areas of development within the development lifecycle, creating technical solutions following standard methodologies with guidance from senior engineers. They will also participate in decisions regarding tactical versus strategic trade-offs and assist and mentor more junior engineers.
