Minimum 3 years as a software engineer
Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable web applications
Overlap with several of the following tools: Backend (Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery); Frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS); Databases (PostgreSQL, Redis); Infrastructure and DevOps (AWS Fargate, ECR, S3; CI/CD with Github Actions; strong testing culture with Unit and Integration Tests); AI and data tools (PydanticAI, OpenAI APIs, agentic AI development)
Proactive approach to problem-solving, with talent for untangling complex challenges and communicating solutions clearly to diverse audiences
Track record of successful collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features from concept to launch
Ability to mentor other engineers and elevate the team's technical bar through thoughtful code reviews and design discussions
Excellent written and verbal communication
