Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of full-stack development experience and 2+ years of experience with React. They should have experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and a good understanding of frontend and backend systems, patterns, and best practices.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, the applicant will conceive, design, build, and launch new user-facing features, lead development of new features and improvements for Cambly’s Student and Tutor experience, optimize performance, collaborate with product and design teams, maintain code quality through code reviews and testing, and work on projects such as building a tutor discovery experience, creating a classroom experience with AI-generated content, and building post-lesson activities.
