We focus on solving problems and changing lives through Monzo.

How We Work

Locations & Flexible Working

Our primary tech hub is in London, but our engineers are located throughout the UK. We value in-person meetings but do not mandate office attendance, recognizing that you do your best work where you are most comfortable. If you relocate outside London and are required to travel to the office, Monzo will cover the associated costs.

Our offices are social spaces, particularly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, which align with our twice-weekly Monzo lunches and treat Thursdays. Teams also regularly schedule time together for both work and social activities, whether in or around the office, or online.

We empower you to manage your work schedule to deliver impact and fit your life, prioritizing connections, flexibility, and well-being. Meetings are scheduled during core hours to ensure connectivity and promote a healthy work-life balance.
