Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS and modern containerized deployments
- Experience working with data-heavy systems or AI-driven workflows (a plus)

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale full-stack applications using Node.js (Express/NestJS), React (Next.js / Framer Motion), and TypeScript
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices connected to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and ClickHouse
- Create beautiful, responsive, and animated UIs with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Three.js that bring data to life
- Develop automation workflows powered by AI (OCR, LLMs, ML models) to process financial data, reconcile records, and surface insights in real time
- Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GKE, or ECS, keeping everything observable via Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate closely with designers and product owners to ship high-quality features that feel fast, intuitive, and fun to use
- Tune databases and services for performance using Redis/Memorystore and connection pooling (HikariCP, RDS Proxy)
- Write solid unit and integration tests to keep our stack reliable as we grow
