Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (Saily uses Golang for BE, React for FE, some Python for non-standard cases)
Strong understanding of data analysis and data pipelines
Analytical and project management skills
Good understanding of start-up environment
High level of independence and ownership, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

Conduct a Saily-wide audit of repetitive or time-intensive tasks (e.g., reduce time of pricing updates for Product people)
Index and document workflows such as ticket summaries (e.g., from our CyberCare system) and information aggregation (e.g., from Reddit)
Prioritize the tasks that most significantly impede productivity and design automation strategies to eliminate or streamline them
Execute automation projects, covering end-to-end delivery (analysis → design → implementation → monitoring)
Expand automation to smaller, frequent tasks—e.g.: Scheduling meetings with participants at the earliest possible time and in the most convenient available meeting room; Creating Jira tickets directly from discussion threads or chat logs
Work independently, managing competing priorities and delivering solutions with minimal supervision
Demonstrate full-stack capabilities: from understanding operational workflows to designing technical solutions and deploying them in production
