Requirements

Experience building and shipping end-to-end AI capabilities across the full stack, including LangGraph backend and React frontend UI
Hands-on expertise in rapidly prototyping, benchmarking, and tuning LLM models and agentic architectures
Ability to establish and build new evaluation frameworks for AI models and partner with human (+ LLM) evaluators
Deep curiosity, insatiable growth mindset, and high agency to experiment with emerging AI frameworks, models, and agentic patterns
Background in top engineering environments (e.g., ex-founders or engineers from Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta) preferred

Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-fueled products for VC workflows, working across the stack on AI frameworks, LLM models, and AI-first product experiences
Develop core features in LangGraph backend and critical user journeys in the frontend React UI
Conduct agentic experimentation and evaluation, including rapid prototyping, benchmarking, and tuning of LLM models and agentic architectures
Establish and build evaluation frameworks to assess new models and frameworks, partnering with human and LLM evaluators to improve AI-driven user outcomes
Shape AI-native experiences by collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to define new HCI design principles and functional patterns for venture-specific agentic frameworks
