Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a CS/Engineering degree, with an expected graduation between December 2025 and August 2026. A strong understanding of JavaScript and experience with modern web frameworks like Ember, React, Angular, or Vue.js are required, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CSS pre/post-processors or frameworks like Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with testing frameworks (QUnit, Mocha, Selenium), accessibility principles, and version control systems like Git is necessary. Bonus points for experience with client-side build tools, open-source contributions, graphics/visualization tools (D3, Three.js), and frontend performance optimization.
The intern will build and maintain single-page web applications using JavaScript and Ember.js, participate in code reviews, and develop tools to enhance the team's development experience. They will also write automated tests for their code, collaborate with UX Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and UX Designers, and continuously learn about cybersecurity challenges. The role involves solving complex problems in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
