Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with solid computer science fundamentals
5+ years of frontend development experience with large-scale Web frontend project experience
Possess "keep it simple" mindset, able to design and implement clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend architecture and code
Read frontend framework source code, understand underlying principles, and continuously improve existing project frameworks
Demonstrate great communication and teamwork abilities, drive projects, mentor, and lead engineers
Demonstrate experience with collaborative documentation, AI technologies, and excellent product sense

Responsibilities

Designing and optimizing core modules while promoting frontend standards to boost efficiency and code quality
