Candidates need 2 to 3 years of experience in Front Office support, Application Support, or ETRM related roles, a strong technical foundation in SQL, Linux or Unix, and Shell scripting, experience with Orchestrade or another ETRM platform, exposure to US power or gas markets, and the ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
The role involves working directly with traders, quants, and senior technical staff in a fast-paced energy trading environment on a trading floor, requiring a proactive, structured, and resilient professional.
A strong candidate has 2-3 years in Front Office or ETRM support, technical skills in SQL, Linux/Unix, and Shell scripting, experience with ETRM platforms like Orchestrade, exposure to power or gas markets, and the ability to thrive under pressure with excellent communication; nice-to-haves include Python, AKS/Kubernetes, AWS, or prior energy trading experience.
