Responsibilities

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of frontend developers
Ensure team members achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of code and project delivery
Define and oversee the overall technical strategy for frontend development
Ensure frontend code architecture is coherent, scalable, and adheres to quality standards
Conduct regular and constructive code reviews
Establish departmental goals and KPIs for the frontend team
Track team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
Identify skill gaps and arrange appropriate training programs
Lead workshops to introduce new approaches, tools, or skills
Address and resolve issues related to frontend operations, staff performance, and other challenges
