Requirements

- Conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adheres to steel standard guidelines, and reports unsafe situations
- Properly zones areas, stocks/rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up/maintains product displays, ensures modular integrity, receives/sorts/stages/delivers merchandise, processes defective merchandise, follows sanitation/food safety policies, and monitors shrink/security/safety risks
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick up orders according to policy
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage; reports poor practices; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions/practices and equipment issues to management
- Proactively assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment and organizes/stocks products correctly

Responsibilities
- Implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers; correct shelf capacities; complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service technology, assist with purchasing/locating merchandise, resolve issues, promote company products/services
- Maintain facility safety through sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel standards, and reporting/correcting unsafe situations
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising by zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged goods, setting up/cleaning/organizing displays, ensuring prominent promotional/seasonal displays, processing defectives, following sanitation/food safety policies, monitoring shrink/security/safety
- Fill club pick up orders by assisting with picking/staging throughout the day, ensuring proper selection/staging within timeframes, and performing accuracy audits
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely; report poor practices/low stock; use inventory tools/equipment safely
- Operate/maintain forklifts safely; report poor/unsafe conditions/practices and non-working forklifts to management
- Identify/engage customers needing technology help; assist with services/items; model/help others with technology; identify/fix shrink issues in products/services/work areas; maintain equipment, organize/stock products, fix problems promptly
