Requirements

  • Native fluency in target language (English) – spoken and written
  • Fluency in source language (Spanish) – spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents (must be outlined in CV with document types)
  • University degree in translation or linguistics plus at least 2 years of translation experience, OR no degree plus at least 5 years of translation experience
  • Ability to work independently according to tight deadlines
  • Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
  • Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company (desirable, not essential)

  • Translate life sciences content from Spanish into English
  • Review and edit translations of life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
  • Deliver content in target languages and markets effectively and in a timely manner
