Requirements

Native fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) – spoken and written
Fluency in English – spoken and written
At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content including clinical trial documents (must be clearly outlined in CV with document types)
University degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience OR no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
Ability to work according to tight deadlines and independently
Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company (desirable, yet not essential)

Responsibilities

Translate life sciences content from English into Portuguese (Brazil)
Review and edit translations of life sciences content including clinical trial documents
Deliver content in target languages and markets in an effective and timely fashion
