Native fluency in Luo (spoken and written)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents (must be outlined in CV with document types)
University degree in translation or linguistics plus at least 2 years of translation experience, OR no university degree plus at least 5 years of translation experience
Ability to work according to tight deadlines and independently
Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company (desirable, not essential)
