Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically develops and executes high-impact, persuasive, and compelling content for integrated campaigns (print, social media, paid search, video advertising, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Establishes and maintains overall creative direction, ensuring consistent messaging across client projects
  • Serves as a leader in the creative process, guiding teams through ideation, design, and execution
  • Works closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, project managers, and production team to ensure cohesive creative direction that delivers on the brief
  • Leads brainstorming sessions and provides constructive feedback for high-quality work
  • Acts as a liaison between creative team and internal stakeholders for clear communication and idea flow
  • Engages with clients to understand vision, business goals, products/services, and translates into compelling creative deliverables
  • Presents creative concepts and campaigns to clients and internal teams, articulating decisions and strategic rationale
  • Identifies growth opportunities in existing accounts and collaborates with client-facing teams to nurture/expand relationships
  • Represents creative team in new business presentations and pitches, showcasing copywriting capabilities
  • Helps identify new business opportunities
