- Preferred GED or equivalent
- Preferred proficiency in reading and writing English
- Preferred knowledge of lumber and engineered wood products, wood framing anchors, and connections and how they are assembled and used in hand frame and panelized buildings
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carpentry foremen daily
- Comply with and enforce all company policies
- Attend the training sessions for your position offered by the company
- Maintain a positive company image with appropriate language, dress, and behavior
- Fabrication and installation of basic components required in commercial carpentry framing
- Keep the job site organized and clean
- Provide your own hand tools and belt
- Maintain and use your Personal Protective Equipment at all times
- Participate in maintaining a safe job site
- Performs other duties as required
