Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; enrollment in finance, accounting or a related field is an asset
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong passion and/or interest in finance and asset management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment where things change constantly
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience with financial modeling and Excel
  • Prior work experience in data analytics, valuations, private equity, alternative asset management, professional firm or a related field is an asset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player
  • Excellent spoken and written in English; Working knowledge in French is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning process across various asset classes including private equity, private credit, venture capital, and real estate
  • Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc projects such as business valuation, capital allocation, and other initiatives
  • Conduct benchmarking and evaluation of business performance across asset classes by engaging with key stakeholders, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
  • Assist in research, data visualization, and the creation of presentation materials and reports
