The FP&A Team in Costa Rica is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team and support North America Financial Services & Data (FSD) – Commercial Finance, a key business unit within Experian. This role offers high visibility to senior leaders across the organization and involves collaboration with finance and business teams to drive unified success in FSD growth projects alongside traditional FP&A deliverables. The primary focus will be on managing an internal team, overseeing revenue reporting and planning, and supporting ad hoc projects for the FSD Commercial Finance business. You will report directly to the Costa Rica Manager and work closely with the FSD Finance Director and the FSD-Commercial Finance Manager. This is an individual contributor role.
