Experience designing the agentic layer, including implementing self-checking, reflection, and verification passes before results reach humans or downstream systems
Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation (familiarity with LangGraph is a plus)
Ability to stand up inference paths with low latency serving and token-level observability
Experience productionizing prompt pipelines, retrieval, and light fine-tuning where it moves the needle
Hands-on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support

Responsibilities

Own a zero-to-one product and its infrastructure
Build the secure connector and runtime that understands complex enterprise systems
Build the tooling experience developers use every day
Build the analysis and planning engine that transforms legacy code
Work directly with customers on high-leverage projects
Help define company culture, engineering bar, and roadmap
