Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on Western European markets, and experience expanding into new geographies is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is required, with workplace proficiency in French, German, or Spanish being preferred. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland, possess strong written communication skills, and have the ability to work autonomously and drive their own work. High empathy is also a key requirement.
The Founding Account Executive will be responsible for driving Tremendous's expansion into Western Europe and partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the product with new market demands. As part of the founding team, this role will shape the direction of the international sales strategy from the ground up. The role also requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
