Delighted by customer research and excited about immersing yourself in the day-to-day of the customer base to build meaningful product experiences
Thrive in challenging situations, mapping out complex customer workflows and deploying end-to-end custom builds
Strong communication skills to partner with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing teams, and directly interface with end users
High velocity and ownership in an ambiguous environment, making decisions without complete data, testing, learning, and scaling
Full stack engineering experience, comfortable coding across the stack in different languages and platforms
Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks (LLMs, VLMs, ASR/TTS, vector stores, orchestration, evals), pragmatic about trade-offs across latency, cost, reliability, and safety

Responsibilities

Build AI Agents and AI Workflows that enable unique, tailored experiences for insurance use cases
Immerse in customer research to understand day-to-day operations and build meaningful product experiences
Map out complex customer workflows and deploy end-to-end custom builds
Partner with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing teams, and interface directly with end users
Operate at high velocity with ownership in an ambiguous environment, making decisions, testing, learning, and scaling solutions
