Requirements

  • Must have 3 months work experience listed on application (can be multiple employers but must add up to 3 months)
  • Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
  • Willing and able to perform physical requirements: lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk 8-10 hours on hard floors, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull, reach, perform repetitive motions, work in cold/damp environment and on slippery surfaces
  • Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson must have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
  • Work in any department including Shipping, Receiving, or Production
  • Operate forklifts in roles such as Extended Run, Forklift Operator, Order Selector Operator, and Yard Driver Operator
