Requirements

12 Months Stand UP Forklift experience within the last 3 years
Cold storage experience warehousing preferred
Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance
May work with corrective lenses if vision problems
May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed
Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening
Proficiency in reading and writing
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Ensure all products and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift
Move around the work area at a fast pace and be willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds during 12-hour shifts
Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines
Use a handheld scanner to track products as it is moved around the facility
Perform other job duties as part of the routine
Sub Duties (may be required): Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT
Sub Duties (may be required): Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets
Sub Duties (may be required): Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces
Sub Duties (may be required): Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders
Sub Duties (may be required): Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss
