Ability to manage import/export operations
Familiarity with production planning information
Skills in handling shipping documents and records
Proficiency in material preparation based on shipping plans
Understanding of 7-point inspection method for container loading
Ability to report abnormalities

Responsibilities

Manage import/export operations
Receive production finished goods
Ship finished goods according to plans
Store finished goods per warehouse management requirements
Arrange shipping of finished goods based on plans
Maintain and manage shipping documents
Prepare materials according to shipping plans
Ensure timely customer pickup for shipments
Arrange handling of various materials, verifying type, specifications, and quantity
Drive forklift to place materials neatly by type, specification, category, and position
Ensure materials are stacked neatly during handling, not too high, with no exposed wires to prevent damage
Register and inspect finished goods container loading using 7-point inspection method; report abnormalities
Ensure accuracy of documents for material receipt, issuance, inbound, and outbound
