Responsibilities

Manage import/export operations
Handle production planning information
Receive and store finished products according to warehouse requirements
Arrange shipment of finished products based on plans
Maintain and manage shipping documents
Prepare materials for shipment according to outbound plans
Ensure timely delivery to customers
Maintain and manage delivery documents
Arrange transportation of various materials, verifying variety, specifications, and quantity
Drive forklift to place materials neatly by variety, specifications, classification, and position
Ensure materials are stacked neatly during transport, not too high, with no exposed wires to prevent damage
Register and inspect finished product container loading using 7-point check method; report abnormalities
Ensure accuracy of all receipts, issuances, inventory in/out documents
