One plus years of leadership experience
Seven plus years of experience in the construction industry
Experience working and living in remote field sites
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business
Excellent communication skills
Ability to negotiate
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
Basic computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

Lead, Manage and be Accountable (LMA) for their direct reports
Perform the roles and responsibilities for Foreman as listed on the Accountability Chart
Report project progress to superiors
Develop a work schedule for workers
Supervise all construction workers
Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
Solve disputes between workers
Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
Assign tasks to construction workers
Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
Perform quality checks on construction equipment
Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed
Supervise and troubleshoot routine issues that occur on the job site
Ensure safety rules are always followed
Develop work schedules based upon the availability of employees or contractors and weather conditions
