  • Berufserfahrung im Außendienst oder im Betreiben von Kundenforderungen von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft (Ost-Österreich bzw. Großraum Wien)

Responsibilities

  • Ermittlungstätigkeiten, Recherche und Klärung der finanziellen Situation der KundInnen bzw. Nachforschung bei ungeklärten Zahlungen
  • Aufsuchen von säumigen KundInnen persönlich vor Ort mit dem eigenen Firmen-PKW im Großraum Wien bzw. Ost-Österreich
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen bzw. Treffen von Zahlungsvereinbarungen im gegebenen Handlungsspielraum
  • Inkasso von offenen Forderungen
  • Umsetzung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der vereinbarten Maßnahmen
  • Inaugenscheinnahme von Fahrzeugen und Objekten
  • Organisation und/oder Durchführung von Fahrzeugüberführungen
  • Adäquates kommunikatives Eingehen auf die jeweilige Situation der SchuldnerInnen
  • Einhaltung der bankinternen Richtlinien und insbesondere der bereichsrelevanten Integrity und Compliance Richtlinien
