Requirements
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Außendienst oder im Betreiben von Kundenforderungen von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft (Ost-Österreich bzw. Großraum Wien)

Responsibilities
- Ermittlungstätigkeiten, Recherche und Klärung der finanziellen Situation der KundInnen bzw. Nachforschung bei ungeklärten Zahlungen
- Aufsuchen von säumigen KundInnen persönlich vor Ort mit dem eigenen Firmen-PKW im Großraum Wien bzw. Ost-Österreich
- Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen bzw. Treffen von Zahlungsvereinbarungen im gegebenen Handlungsspielraum
- Inkasso von offenen Forderungen
- Umsetzung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der vereinbarten Maßnahmen
- Inaugenscheinnahme von Fahrzeugen und Objekten
- Organisation und/oder Durchführung von Fahrzeugüberführungen
- Adäquates kommunikatives Eingehen auf die jeweilige Situation der SchuldnerInnen
- Einhaltung der bankinternen Richtlinien und insbesondere der bereichsrelevanten Integrity und Compliance Richtlinien
