Responsibilities

  • Assisting TL with daily operations
  • Identifying areas of improvement and achievements
  • Maintaining a positive work environment
  • Supporting CT’s with training needs
  • Communicating with TL on various topics
  • Performing equipment maintenance
  • Placing inventory orders
  • Conducting weekly inventory counts
  • Being the first point of contact when TL unavailable
  • Performing basic Barista tasks daily
  • Assisting with daily deposits
