This is an on-site position with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 1:30pm - 9:30pm, at the facility in zip code 60140, and no travel is required.
Required experience is 1-3 years in meat or seafood industry at a federal CFIA/FDA processing plant. Key skills include monitoring FSQA programs like HACCP, sanitation, and pest control, plus ability to write reports, perform basic math, problem-solve, and use PC/lab equipment.

Strong candidates have 1-3 years of experience in meat or seafood processing at a CFIA/FDA plant, formal training in HACCP, TQM, or regulations, and skills in report writing, data analysis, and using lab equipment. A valid driver’s license is also required.
