Responsibilities

  • Enable a memorable and personalized customer service experience, building brand connection and exceeding expectations
  • Expertly execute and coach others in Selling Programs
  • Remain a product expert, knowledgeable about Mejuri products and launches
  • Assist with implementing customer-centric campaigns and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ensure consistent achievement of all business KPIs
  • Take ownership of delivering strong results, focusing on team and individual goals
  • Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce spend, and enhance the business
  • Support the management team in ideating and developing new sales opportunities to drive traffic and engage clients
  • Drive business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering existing relationships
  • Manage sales floor operations, coaching, and providing feedback to the sales team
  • Provide critical insights and make recommendations daily
  • Support all operational workflows and uphold standard operating procedures, including opening/closing the store, merchandise management, sales floor management, and employee management
