Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution in accordance with bank policies
  • Refer customers to appropriate business partners for products and services uncovered during interactions
  • Travel to various Financial Centers within the market
  • Promote good customer experience by adhering to customer experience key behaviors, maintaining a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help
  • Develop rapport with customers and maintain knowledge of account ownership
  • Answer customer questions confidently, find solutions to issues, and respond timely to correspondence and problems
  • Keep all customer business confidential and maintain ethical behavior
  • Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to ensure efficient office operation
  • Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals set by management
  • Participate actively in daily huddles, sales meetings, and staff meetings
  • Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to business partners for selling and cross-selling
  • Utilize tools for tracking referrals and review dashboards for referral progression and fulfillment
  • Continuously increase knowledge and skills through self-motivation, education, seminars, and training
  • Openly exchange ideas on risk, elevate concerns, follow policies, and manage risks within the Bank's risk appetite
