Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and the service environment of Nordstrom
  • Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional steaming and ironing skills
  • Complete knowledge of fabrics, care and proper handling
  • Flexibility in hours during peak periods

Responsibilities

  • Detailed and professional preparation of samples for product and on figure photography
  • Provide accurate labeling of product at receipt, during shoot and upon return
  • Maintain an accurate system of tracking, storing merchandise and organize the styling area and supplies
  • Team with Merch Coordinator, Producers, Stylists, Digi Techs and Photographers to ensure efficient workflow and strong results
  • Communicate with Product Coordinators to ensure proper handling of merchandise
  • Supports the creation of images for Nordstrom and the online store
  • Prepping of merchandise, inventory control and the organization of merchandise for the daily shoots
