Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Specific skills, years of experience, and other factors (considered for pay rate)
Responsibilities
- Perform the final quality check prior to the product being boxed
- Ensure proper labeling of the product according to the work order
- Ensure proper icing of all fish orders
- Assist in the salmon line run
- Perform proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood according to work orders
- Accurately complete all work orders for Customer service
- May assist in salmon prep (other species prep), filleting, and line production
