Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the financial services domain and ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable team goals
  • Coaching mindset: curious, proactive, resilient, and able to inspire others with clarity and humor
  • Experience in Agile coaching and Scrum at both team and organizational levels, with a track record of enabling teams to move forward
  • Results-oriented approach, with experience in setting up and using KPIs to measure and drive performance
  • Certification in Agile frameworks, such as PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I), SSM 6 (SAFe Scrum Master 6), or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Coaching the Triangle: Nurture collaboration within the team’s leadership triangle (Product Owner, Solution Architect, Technical Lead), helping them align on vision, priorities, and execution; coach toward maturity and high performance
  • Servant Leadership: Remove impediments, facilitate team dynamics, create an environment for thriving, lead by example, enable autonomy while providing guidance and support
  • Structured and Predictable Delivery: Bring clarity and rhythm to the team’s way of working, promote data-driven decision-making and continuous learning, balance agility with discipline
  • Team Growth and Performance: Focus on team maturity, foster mindset of ownership and improvement, help team reflect, adapt, and grow toward goals
  • Driving Agile Change: Contribute to Scrum Master community and coach within client organization, lead change initiatives, embed Agile principles across teams and departments
