Requirements

Candidates should possess a finance-focused background with at least five years of experience in supply chain finance, and experience in or partnering with manufacturing organizations is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with workflow automation and business intelligence software are preferred, along with knowledge of ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics. Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Finance Manager will develop supply chain and finance strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems, and recommending an approach leveraging CFGI assets. They will oversee/transform cost accounting and inventory processes, including complex standard cost development and month-end closing activities, and evaluate and implement a robust Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process. The role involves leading analysis of material, labor, and overhead variances as well as inventory reconciliations and the development of key inventory controls, providing best-in-class business partnering support, and delivering quality reports and analysis to inform business decisions. Additionally, the Supply Chain Finance Manager will maintain an understanding of trends affecting supply chains, identify and support CFGI business development initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert in cost accounting and supply chain management.
