Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • 2 years minimum of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting methods
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP and financial planning systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior management

Responsibilities

  • Help with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for several business units
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions in a diligent and organized way
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key trends affecting business performance
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for ROI analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership
  • Monitor KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend actions for improvement
  • Consolidate and present data from multiple sources using Excel
  • Assist with financial planning system improvements and automation initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and special projects as needed
