Requirements

  • Dedication to hybrid model working 3 days a week out of San Jose, CA or Austin, TX office
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with reporting tools like SAP, Anaplan, Tableau, or SQL (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly/quarterly forecasting, external guidance, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
  • Prepare consolidated summaries comparing actual results to budget and forecast, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build presentations for monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, Investor Relations meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and other key meetings
  • Support quarterly financial close processes, including consolidation and presentation of close results
  • Perform variance analysis and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Partner with various finance departments, such as Global Markets Experience finance team, Controllership team, and Investor Relations team
  • Continuously find opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes
  • Reduce cycle time and increase efficiency in operational planning
