Requirements

Ability to collect, analyze, perform due diligence, and underwrite new investment opportunities
Proficiency in general and financial modeling to analyze property performance and make recommendations
Knowledge to keep abreast of current industry market conditions and trends
Skills in underwriting acquisition targets and preparing analytical reports
Capability to review and propose budgets, comparing actuals vs. pro forma financials for hold/sell/refinance recommendations
Experience preparing and presenting presentation materials for new and existing investments
Support for acquisition, financing, and disposition processes
Assistance with capital market activities, property asset management, and operational responsibilities
Handling investor reporting requests
Facilitating monthly reporting, trending, forecasting, and projections
Making recommendations regarding property operations
Conducting escrow analysis, construction draws, replacement reserve reimbursements, and performance analysis
Valuing existing real estate assets based on historical operating and financial performance
Financial modeling of future real estate asset performance using company standards and due diligence
Compiling, logging, and interpreting due diligence on financial performance, physical condition, market conditions, and third-party reports
Financial modeling for development and construction of new real estate projects
