Position Overview

As an FP&A Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading financial performance for key teams, with a focus on labor planning, forecast accuracy, and process improvements. You will manage a team of 3-8 individuals, ensuring timely delivery of all responsibilities while upholding governance and control standards. Your role will involve driving improvements through Lean and RPA methodologies, redesigning status reporting, escalating risks, and proactively solving challenges. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to stay aligned with business changes and projects will be crucial. This position reports directly to the FP&A Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Month-End Close and Forecast process for Labor functions.
  • Manage Labor reporting, including Headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned areas to effectively manage expectations.
  • Provide Management Reporting, including detailed commentary and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and improve processes across the Labor team to ensure accurate inputs from partners.
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate financial controls, including the Balance Sheet process.
  • Support Strategic Planning and Budget season for the Labor team.
  • Promote continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Manage employees to ensure timely and efficient support for the above deliverables, with a focus on Consolidation and Labor Planning Forecast.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is considered ideal.
  • 6+ Years of experience in accounting/finance roles, with a strong focus on FP&A responsibilities such as variable cost forecasting, capital expenditure reporting, bonus/commission calculations, cost/revenue allocations, and Indicator reporting.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 2+ Years of People Leadership Experience, including overseeing daily activities and promoting team development.
  • Proven ability to lead change within a finance team and drive process improvements.
  • Strong Business Networking skills with experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
    • Experience with Hyperion/Essbase, SmartView.
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
