Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance project management. Experience with big-4 firms is considered a plus, and a strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles, including P2P, R2R, and O2C, is required. Hands-on experience with internal controls, particularly SOX controls, and documentation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Finance Process & Project Manager will lead the review, design, and implementation of finance processes to drive efficiency and scalability, ensuring comprehensive documentation and supporting SOX compliance. They will identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements, manage finance-related projects, track key performance indicators and process performance metrics, and provide training and change management support. Furthermore, they will contribute to the design and maintenance of finance operational dashboards and support SOX readiness and ongoing compliance.
