Requirements

Current undergraduate or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data
Confident computer skills and experience with Boxnet or other cloud-based document management systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive)
Basic knowledge of financial document handling and regulatory compliance (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to create clear, structured reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Fluent English proficiency

Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough audit of financial documents stored in the Boxnet system
Verify the completeness and accuracy of uploaded documents against internal standards and legal requirements
Check document naming conventions, categorization, and linkage to the correct sections
Compare document organization against established company regulations
Identify discrepancies and document errors in detailed reports
Provide recommendations for improvements in document management processes
Support minor corrections of identified errors within the system (upon approval)
