Responsibilities

  • Assist Commercial Team (CD, Trade Marketing, Marketing) in developing and evaluating promotions, pricing, and trade terms plans for decision making; review STP before FD approval
  • Drive post-promotion evaluation (NPD, ROI on promotion), distilling key learning and driving improved ROI
  • Control and monitor spending of A&P and G2N by brands and channels with Commercial team
  • Analyze and manage company cash flow (debtors, stock, payment terms) by optimizing inventory in distribution and working with distributor to achieve Neutral Working Capital (NWC); improve/simplify AR WoW with Distributor
  • Work with other functions (especially Legal and Tax) to prepare supplier and customer contracts aligned with company strategy and legal requirements
  • Develop and perform business cases to support commercial decision making and present to GM and ILT
  • Drive and perform channel P&L review meetings to improve investment efficiency and support channel investment strategy
  • Drive Net Revenue Management project for cost optimization and investment efficiency, including field force efficiency with commercial team
  • Develop and perform pricing for each product to assist Marketing or Commercial; perform DAV price registration for finance part
  • Lead TIMF (Trade Spend Management) in CERP and monitor G2N efficiency with reconciliation
  • Closely partner with Distributor to monitor distributor’s activities
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on financial aspects and way of working to comply with tax and local pharma laws, especially trade investment
  • Support Finance LSOP or processes
