Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global property financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of global property business cases, ensuring meticulous error checking, accounting oversight, and comprehensive scenario analysis
  • Monitor global Capex, analyze property costs, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Assist in the implementation of consistent global property finance processes
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations, and support compliance with IFRS 16
  • Contribute to financial due diligence for global property transactions
  • Ensure the integrity and maintenance of global property financial data
