Responsibilities

  • Conduct a Final Evaluation of the Civil Society Support Program (24-month project)
  • Perform a Context Analysis Study related to the program's context, goals, objectives, outcomes, and activities
  • Assess structured capacity building efforts (e.g., capacity assessments for 24 CSOs, mentoring/coaching, training for Peace Club members, conflict analyses)
  • Evaluate fostering dialogue initiatives (e.g., community dialogues, cross-geography dialogues via virtual platform, cross-track dialogues with EU actors)
  • Analyze progress toward specific objectives: collaboration among CSOs, safe/inclusive spaces led by women, and monitoring Syrian civil society priorities including EU Roadmap
  • Review outcomes such as increased CSO capacities, network platform security, women-led dialogues, knowledge generation, and participatory monitoring
