High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
OSHA 30 (within first two weeks)
BICSI certifications preferred
3–6 years in structured cabling or related fields
3+ years in supervision or training roles
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Expertise in structured cabling systems and industry standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to promote continuous improvement
Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required
Ability to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily
Ability to stand and walk frequently
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet
Ability to work in tight, confined spaces
Regular and on-time attendance
Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site teams, manage resources, and maintain project schedules
Read and interpret floorplans, drawings, and specifications
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
Collaborate with Scheduling Administrators and Project Engineers
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote company Core Values
Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians
