A minimum of 3 years handling multi-line property and casualty claims with emphasis on property claims is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, above average communication skills, ability to resolve complex issues, and handle mathematical problems including geometry and finance.

Strong candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of multi-line property and casualty claims experience (especially property claims), field claims handling experience, knowledge of Xactimate software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive with a valid license.
