A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years handling multi-line property and casualty claims (emphasis on property claims) is required, along with strong communication skills, ability to resolve complex issues, organize data, handle multiple assignments, and deal with mathematical problems including geometry and finance.
