Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Statistics/Engineering/Life Sciences (with strong analytics)
3–6+ years in data analytics/data engineering within healthcare/clinical research
Proficiency in SQL and Python (PySpark preferred)
Advanced Excel (pivots, complex formulas, macros)
Experience with Palantir Foundry or AWS data stack
Familiarity with data governance and reproducibility

Responsibilities

Ingest, profile, cleanse, deduplicate, and harmonize site/patient and performance datasets; enforce data lineage and QA controls
Design robust transformations in SQL/Python/PySpark; implement unit tests and reproducible code practices
Build pipelines in Palantir Foundry (Contour/Code Workbook) or AWS (S3/Glue/Lambda) with governance and versioning
Develop standardized KPIs and visuals (country evaluation, ranking, growth vs. prior periods) for feasibility packs
Automate recurring reports/trackers using advanced Excel and/or BI; maintain documentation and runbooks
Partner with COPM/Feasibility Strategy to align analytics output to business questions; present findings to non-technical audiences
