Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Statistics/Engineering/Life Sciences (with strong analytics)
  • 3–6+ years in data analytics/data engineering within healthcare/clinical research
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (PySpark preferred)
  • Advanced Excel (pivots, complex formulas, macros)
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or AWS data stack
  • Familiarity with data governance and reproducibility

Responsibilities

  • Ingest, profile, cleanse, deduplicate, and harmonize site/patient and performance datasets; enforce data lineage and QA controls
  • Design robust transformations in SQL/Python/PySpark; implement unit tests and reproducible code practices
  • Build pipelines in Palantir Foundry (Contour/Code Workbook) or AWS (S3/Glue/Lambda) with governance and versioning
  • Develop standardized KPIs and visuals (country evaluation, ranking, growth vs. prior periods) for feasibility packs
  • Automate recurring reports/trackers using advanced Excel and/or BI; maintain documentation and runbooks
  • Partner with COPM/Feasibility Strategy to align analytics output to business questions; present findings to non-technical audiences
